  • The ‘Group B’ International Motorsports Category was conceived in the late 1970s as a return to the ‘good old days’ when amateur and factory teams alike could run the same production-based cars in either sports car racing or championship rally events.

By the early 1980s the class had become the ‘Godzilla’ of the rally scene and what resulted were the most awesome cars ever seen on the rally stages of the world - 600 horsepower, 4WD, turbocharged monsters that could cover forest, tarmac or gravel stages faster than anything ever seen before or since.

One such "Group B" monster was Renault's ultimate hatchback, the R5 Maxi Turbo. Powered by a 1.4 litre turbocharged and mid-mounted engine, the rear-wheel drive Maxi was the final evolution of the R5 and produced an impressive 345bhp. This t-shirt from the powersport gods collection is our tribute to an iconic Group B rally legend. • What can we say about this T-shirt other than it totally sums up the ethos of real road racing: Live life on the hedge.

Yer Maun is still very much a presence at the TT but this image captures an era and an ethos that's rapidly fading.

The fans sit on the hedge watching in awe as the most successful TT rider of all time hustles the 125cc Honda through in his seemingly effortless way.

It is a great reminder of the prowess of Joey that in his final TT appearance, at the age of 47, he recorded his fastest ever lap.

Let the world know that you are part of the real road racing tribe with this iconic new design.

  • Technically advanced, the Peugeot 905, with its carbon fibre chassis and light alloy naturally aspirated V10 engine, was developed during 1990 by Peugeot Talbot Sport with the intention of competing in the 1991 World Sportscar Championship under its new regulations.

Initially, the car suffered from a lack of outright pace against the top performing Jaguar XJR-14 Group C car and it had reliability issues that cost it any chance of winning the 1991 title. However, during 1991 the car was revamped in the aerodynamic and engine department to create the 905B and in 1992, it was a revelation, winning every race but one over the season, including the Le Mans 24 hour race. And then in the 1993, 905B swept the board at Le Mans, locking out the podium positions. This t-shirt from the 'Group C Icons' collection, is our tribute to Peugeot's contribution to a fantastic era in four-wheeled motorsport and to a car that marked some of the highest levels of technical innovation in World Sportscar racing.
